Our solar photovoltaic panel cleaning truck is a professional cleaning equipment designed, developed, and manufactured by our company specifically for the unique environment of desert photovoltaic power stations in my country. It is mainly used to clean solar panels in solar power plants. In my country, solar power plants are primarily located in the western regions, which are rich in solar energy but sparsely populated. Therefore, the natural conditions at these plants are quite harsh. The solar panels are mainly installed along both sides of roads, making manual cleaning labor-intensive and resource-intensive. The photovoltaic panel cleaning machine can complete the cleaning of solar panels in one go, significantly saving labor and water, and saving time and effort.
The main equipment consists of a chassis walking system, a power system, a hydraulic system, a remote control system, a cleaning boom system, and a cleaning spray system.
1. Walking System: It adopts a six-wheel drive Class II chassis, which is adaptable to various harsh terrains and landforms, and maintains the vehicle stability to the maximum extent when using the cleaning platform.
2. Power System: Employs a diesel engine, providing sufficient power for the walking system and cleaning spray system.
3. Hydraulic System: Employs advanced oil pumps, valve bodies, and valve blocks to transmit power from the diesel engine, ensuring the normal operation of the walking system and spray system.
4. Remote Control System: Utilizes advanced remote control products, enabling independent remote operation and control of the cleaning equipment.
5. Cleaning Boom System: Features rotation, lifting, secondary angle adjustment, control of spray distance, and boom lifting.
6. Cleaning Spray Function: Employs a high-pressure nozzle structure for powerful cleaning of dust adhering to the surface of photovoltaic modules.
1. The photovoltaic panel cleaning truck consists of a tank, robotic arm, water pump, and nozzles, all integrated into one unit. The robotic arm can rotate 180° on one side. All operations are completed from the driver's cab. It is powered by electro-hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
2. High-pressure cleaning function: A high-pressure cleaning pump delivers the cleaning support frame, which is then moved to the working position by the robotic arm. The robotic arm can rotate, lift, and adjust to different angles, making it flexible and convenient to use.
1. To achieve the desired washing effect, a two-stage reduction gear is installed on the chassis transmission. During operation, the reduction gear is activated from the cab, allowing the vehicle to move forward at a low and constant speed.
2. Tank shape: Square tank, volume 8.5 cubic meters, tank body made of carbon steel plate, 4 mm thick, tank color: (chassis color) or user-specified color.
3. Dual spray boom design, washing support set at 3-4 meters long, equipped with approximately 20 high-pressure nozzles.
4. The main washing boom can be electrically controlled from the cab. The entire machine uses a 270° rotating base, allowing for all-around, no-dead-angle cleaning of the photovoltaic panels.

2. Assuming each truck can clean 700KWp of polycrystalline silicon solar panels per hour, covering an area of 4800㎡.
3. Assuming each truck cleans for 3 hours per day, it can clean 2100KWp of polycrystalline silicon solar panels daily.
4. Can complete the cleaning of solar panels in one operation, significantly saving labor and water, saving time and effort.
5. The truck consists of a power-driven rotating cleaning arm with adjustable angle and various functions of a water truck, equipped with a high-powered high-pressure water gun, making it suitable for cleaning photovoltaic panels in various harsh weather conditions.
