1. Chassis and Powertrain: Built on the Dongfeng DFL1180BX8 original chassis, the mainstream model is equipped with a Cummins 240hp National IV/National V diesel engine; matched with a Fast eight-speed gearbox, the wheelbase is mostly 3950mm, and it also features power steering, air brakes, and air conditioning. With 9.00 steel radial tires, it boasts strong driving stability and a maximum speed of 90km/h.
2. Tank and Insulation: The mainstream model has a tank capacity of 8000-10000L, with a 6 cubic meter version also available. The tank body is insulated with a 50mm rock wool layer and encased in matte stainless steel. An insulation layer separates the inner and outer tanks, providing excellent static insulation performance with an average temperature drop of ≤1-2℃/h, effectively maintaining the temperature of liquid asphalt and suitable for long-term operation.
3. Core Operating Configuration: Equipped with an Italian-imported G20 diesel burner, it automatically heats up using heat transfer oil, achieving a heating rate of 10-15℃/h. It can spray various media such as hot asphalt and modified asphalt. Standard configuration includes 36-48 individually controllable intelligent nozzles in a one-to-one control mode, with a maximum spraying width of 6 meters, a spray rate of 0.25-4.0L/㎡, and an error margin of only ±1.5%. It also supports triple-overlap spraying, allowing for hand-held spraying in corner areas.
4. Intelligent Control and Safety: Equipped with a German Siemens computer control system, the spray rate and width can be controlled via a touchscreen in the cab. Computer-aided speed compensation ensures that the spray rate is unaffected by changes in vehicle speed. After the operation, high-pressure air can be used to press the asphalt in the pipeline back into the tank and blow out the nozzles to avoid clogging. Some models are also equipped with a backup control box on the rear work platform, which can be activated to ensure operation in case of main control failure.
