Tank: The tank is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, lightweight, large capacity, corrosion-resistant, and pollution-free, ensuring fuel quality.
Fuel pump: High-power centrifugal oil pump (mechanical seal type), 1-inch reel refueling nozzle with a flow rate of 70L-90L/min (optional 1.5-inch reel refueling nozzle with a flow rate of 150L-250L/min), pipeline pumping flow rate of 700L-800L/min, working pressure of 0.25MPa.
Flow meter: 0.2 grade accuracy, 50mm diameter rotary valve flow meter.
Filter separator: Rated flow rate 400L/min, rated working pressure 1.0MPa, maximum allowable pressure difference 0.15MPa.
Gravity refueling reel: Automatic reset reel, 25mm diameter refueling hose, 15m length. Level gauge: Stainless steel float inside the tank, 4-inch aluminum alloy dial on the left side of the tank, clearly showing the current liquid volume. Dongfeng Dolica aircraft refueling truck function introduction:
1. Reel refueling—Fuel from the truck's tank, after filtration and metering, is injected into the aircraft fuel tank or other receiving equipment through a gravity refueling nozzle on the reel hose in the control room.
2. Pump filtration—Fuel from the truck's tank or external pipeline, after filtration, is returned to the truck's tank or other receiving equipment through the pump outlet connector, achieving a circulation filtration function.
3. Tank filling—Fuel is filled from the bottom of the tank using a connector valve connected to an external pipeline, or the oil pump can be used for oil extraction.

The tank is square-round, with a volume of 5 cubic meters, single-compartment, made of 5182 aluminum alloy, with a 5mm thick cylinder and 5mm thick end caps. A single aluminum alloy European standard manhole with a built-in breather valve is located in the center of the top. Manual aluminum alloy guardrails are located on both sides of the top, and a removable aluminum alloy rear ladder is included. The control cabinet (aluminum alloy) includes one set of explosion-proof lights and an electrostatic reel. The fuel pump is a high-power centrifugal oil pump (mechanical seal type). The flow meter is a 0.2-level accuracy, 50mm diameter rotary valve flow meter from Hefei Jingda Instrument Co., Ltd. The stainless steel filter separator is a 5-core filter (including 2 separators and 3 coalescing filter elements).
