Dongfeng Tianjin Aircraft Refueling Truck Function Introduction:
1. Reel Refueling—Fuel from the truck's tanks, after filtration and metering, is injected into the aircraft's fuel tanks or other receiving equipment via a gravity refueling nozzle on the reel hose in the control room.
2. Pumped Fuel Filtration—Fuel from the truck's tanks or external pipelines, after filtration, is returned to the truck's tanks or other receiving equipment via the pump outlet connector, achieving a circulation filtration function.
3. Tank Filling—Fuel is filled from the bottom of the tanks using a connector valve connected to an external pipeline, or the oil pump can be used for pumping.

The tank is square-round, with a volume of 13.4 cubic meters. It is a single-compartment tank made of 5182 aluminum alloy, with a cylinder thickness of 5.5mm and end cap thickness of 5.7mm. A single aluminum alloy European standard manhole with a built-in breather valve is located in the center of the tank top. Manual aluminum alloy guardrails are located on both sides of the tank top, and a removable aluminum alloy rear ladder is included. The control cabinet (aluminum alloy) includes one set of explosion-proof lights and one set of electrostatic reel. The refueling pump is an aluminum alloy pump (mechanical seal type). The flow meter is a Hefei Jingda Instrument 0.2-grade accuracy, 50mm diameter rotary valve flow meter. The filter separator is a 5-core filter (including 2 separators and 3 coalescing filter elements). Gravity refueling is provided via a 15-meter aviation kerosene-specific hose reel with an aviation kerosene-specific nozzle. The level gauge has a 4-inch aluminum alloy dial. The operation control system is integrated. The unloading box on the left side of the tank is equipped with an oil and gas recovery system and an emergency shut-off valve with a voice alarm, in accordance with new regulations. A red button for the emergency shut-off valve is installed at the rear of the tank. One standard aluminum alloy toolbox and two drain hoses are included. Each side of the tank has a 1-inch drain valve installed at the front end of an aluminum alloy circular nozzle. All boxes are equipped with container locking bars for easy locking. A rubber stopper is installed at the bottom of the outlet box. Plastic fire extinguisher cartridges (8KG) are installed on both sides of the rear of the tank. An aluminum alloy anti-slip mesh walkway is installed inside the tank top panel. The rear protection is an I-beam bumper made according to the announcement photo, with equal length from top to bottom, and the lower layer can be moved and flipped backward. Safety notices are installed on the left, right, and rear of the tank (500X550mm). All vehicle accessories are made of aluminum alloy and have special hazardous materials markings.
