The Dongfeng Tianjin live fish transport vehicle is a special vehicle designed specifically for transporting fresh aquatic products. It maximizes the survival rate of fresh products, reduces the transportation risks for vehicle owners, and thus increases profits. It is an important transportation tool for fresh seafood.
Chassis Configuration - Commonly equipped with a Cummins engine, such as the B6.2NS6B210 engine, producing 210 horsepower. It is paired with a Fast 8-speed transmission, offering strong power and smooth shifting. It utilizes a 220×75×7mm high-strength frame, with a 4.5-ton front axle and a 9-ton rear axle, featuring 8/10+8 leaf springs for strong load-bearing capacity. It is fitted with 275/80R22.5 wide tires and a 3.91 rear axle ratio, balancing high-speed stability and climbing ability.
Upper Structure Configuration - Tank Volume: Commonly available with a 9-10 cubic meter tank volume, capable of transporting 4-5 tons of live fish.
- Insulation and Refrigeration: The outer casing is a fully sealed, integrally insulated refrigerated container, filled with 8 cm thick high-density polyurethane foam for excellent insulation. Equipped with a refrigeration unit, it allows for water temperature regulation.
- Oxygen Supply and Filtration: The oxygenation system uses a pure oxygen generator, delivering oxygen to each compartment via nanotubes. Liquid nitrogen oxygen tanks are also provided for backup. Each compartment also features a water circulation and filtration system, effectively filtering impurities and improving the survival rate of live fish.
- Independent Compartments: The tank typically has multiple independent compartments, such as six on each side. Each compartment has its own fish inlet, fish outlet, and cover for easy loading, unloading, and management.
