Recently, Hubei Luke Special Automobile Co., Ltd. joined hands with China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) and traveled to Kazakhstan to carry out a 7-day on-site practical training for coiled tubing operating vehicles (pump lifting trucks), providing solid technical support and talent reserve for the smooth progress of local projects.
This training focused on core contents including equipment operation, routine maintenance and troubleshooting of coiled tubing operating vehicles. It was co-delivered by senior technical experts from Hubei Luke and project engineers from CNNC. Based on the local operating environment and project requirements in Kazakhstan, the training team adopted a mode of theoretical explanation + on-site practice + case analysis, and provided all-round and immersive teaching covering equipment structure and principles, safe operation specifications, downhole operation procedures, and emergency response plans.

At the Gobi Desert operation site, technical experts centered on this army-green coiled tubing operating vehicle, demonstrated key operation steps of the equipment one by one: from the retraction control of the large reel, the connection between the coiled tubing and downhole equipment, to parameter adjustment under complex working conditions, and guided local operators through each step hands-on. The trainees listened carefully and practiced actively, gradually mastering equipment performance and operation skills through repeated exercises, effectively improving their independent operation and emergency response capabilities.

As a key enterprise in the special-purpose vehicle industry, Hubei Luke always takes customer needs as the orientation and provides full-chain support for overseas projects ranging from equipment R&D and manufacturing to technical services. This overseas training in cooperation with CNNC is not only an important practice for both parties to deepen international business cooperation, but also demonstrates the responsibility of Chinese equipment manufacturing enterprises in the "going global" strategy.
